Supreme Leader condoles with president on father’s passing

TEHRAN -- Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei here on Tuesday extended his condolences to President Mahmud Ahmadinejad on the death of his father.

Ahmad Ahmadinejad died of a heart disease at the age of 82 early on Tuesday morning in Tehran.

He was pronounced dead at Shahid Chamran Hospital.
